CMS - DEV TO PROD

hi all -

I have a question. Client here does not have a XI QA box but wants to transport the objects from DEV to PROD.

Are there any precautionary steps that i need to take since we don't have the QA box here?

Any ideas?

Just realize that you won't have a stress test environment.

Most likely you will find some problems in production system which would have been identified in QA.

Hi Tirumal,

You would need to be careful setting up transports and make sure that they point to the correct business systems, since prod is critical. Schedule some dry runs to test them once transport to Prod is complete.Look at this also..
