Unable to add Rule in Runtime work bench

AddRule tab in RuntimeWorkbench(RWB) is not enabled when an alert category is selected.

All the necessary configuration is done for alerting and services are activated in SICF according to the doc. TBIT51. However when the alert category is selected to create a rule in RWB, addrule tab is not enabled.

Sunil,

Try to decrease the Privacy level in your Browser and check if it works. Make sure you have selected the Alert Category.

Looked at the SAP Note 913858 too, however there is nothing related to our situation.

Also the privacy levels in the browser donot affect this.
