Attachment error from Shopping cart

Hi folks,

From the Shopping cart on the screen where you can attach documents we are having a problem on SOME computers that it is not possible to do this.

When user clicks on the button to Find the path to the file, nothing happens.

On my computer it works so fine. But on the computers far far away it sometimes doesn't work.

It is SRM 4.0 on an ITS that we have integrated through EP 6.0.

Anyone of you that have seen this and knows what to do about it?

Hi Shiv.

This is not really the case.

It seems to be properties of Internet Explorer and the way security and certificates is handled. The handfull test persons that described the problem have had problems to do it in a fully understandable way (unfortunately).

Anyway.

For the users that it doesn't work for, can you tell what differences they may have with their computers?

Hello,

We have faced this issue - when we were trying to attach any 'Empty' file. SC and PO attachment doesn't support any empty file.
