Dear Shyam,

Welcome to Netweaver Shyam,

It all depends upon the Scenerio which adapters we use ,

If it is File - XI ( File Adapter )

If it is SAP - XI ( Idoc Adapter )

If it is ORACLE - XI ( JDBC Adapter )

If it is Queue - XI ( JMS Adapter )

If it is MAIL - XI ( MAIL Adapter )

It all depends upon where the DATA comes into SAP XI.

you can go thru the material from here

Hi Shyam,

Every adapter has it's own set of parameters to be filled. Also these parameters differ on he direction of communication, i.e a sender RFC adapter settings would be quiet different from RFC receiver adapter.

Dear Shyam,

One of your Thread was requesting about BPM info ,

With the help of BPM we can acheive the following

1)Collecting of messages till a certain count or for a specific criteria.

2) Merging messages

3) Spliting messages

4) Processing of error files and sending to specific location and sending alerts.

5)Parallel processing of two criterias at the same time can also be done using BPM.

The following Weblogs will help you
