This error can be misleading. The dll files could exist and you still get this error. There are few things you can make sure are right:

1)check the owner/permissions for all dll(or all files) in exe directory.

2)check the environment variables are set correctly

3)check if everything is right with the oracle client software. Corrupt or missing files from oracle client will give this error.

thanks cyrus.

I just updated the kernel and it got me passed the error but now it stops somewhere else.

Previous error OK:

B Library 'C:\usr\sap\DRS\SYS\exe\run\dboraslib.dll' loaded

Hi,

Any solutions to this? I get the same error:

"B create_con (con_name=R/3)

B Loading DB library 'C:\usr\sap\DRS\SYS\exe\run\dboraslib.dll' ...

M *** ERROR => DlLoadLib: LoadLibrary(C:\usr\sap\DRS\SYS\exe\run\dboraslib.dll) Error 126 [dlnt.c 226]

M Error 126 = "The specified module could not be found."

B *** ERROR => Couldn't load library 'C:\usr\sap\DRS\SYS\exe\run\dboraslib.dll'

[dbcon.c 3789]

M systemid 560 (PC with Windows NT)

M relno 6200

M patchlevel 0

M patchno 251

M intno 20020600

M pid 3232"

but the "C:\usr\sap\DRS\SYS\exe\run\dboraslib.dll" does exist.

I made sure all the settings were set according to Note 556232 but still the error happens when I start SAP.

Anyone got another suggestion? I am stuck.

Thanks.

The missing dll file is shown.

Get the latest Kernel DB part and install it.
