Installation error for NetWeaver 2004s Java Trial Version SP9

Hi all

I am getting following error when I tried to install NW 2004s java trial version SP 9 on windows-2003 server, with jdk 1.4.2..09.

Installation failing at final step -32 of 32 ( recover enterprise portal runtime data ) -

Log says -

ERROR 2006-10-01 00:43:53

FCO-00011 The step unpackKmcSar with step key |NW_Java_OneHost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_Onehost_System|ind|ind|ind|ind|1|0|NW_CI_Instance|ind|ind|ind|ind|11|0|NW_CI_Instance_Configure_Java|ind|ind|ind|ind|3|0|NW_JAVA_SysCopy_Apps|ind|ind|ind|ind|3|0|NW_JAVA_SysCopy_Portal|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|unpackKmcSar was executed with status ERROR .

What could be possible reason?

1. Disc space ?(my C drive got 2 GB free space, F- drive is 14 GB free. I am installing it on F drive)

2. RAM? or any other JDK related issues?

Please let me know if any of you faced this issue and solved or could successfuly installed this version without issues?

fyi, I could successfuly install earlier version 2004s SR1 on another 2003 server without any issues.

How's your JVM setting ?

Can you show the full sapinst_dev.log ?
