Table doesnt exits in nametab: TOOLIMPI phase PREPARE

Hello

I am running Prepare from Netweaver to Netweaver 2004s SR1. But I am stopped in TOOLIMPI phase with an error: 3 tables cannot be imported. Two of them doesnt exit, but one, R3TR_VARIS, exits and is actived. I cannot continue with the process.

Could some one help me?

we've been having the same exact problem. if you dont mind, can you please share with us on what exactly you did to solve this problem ? just by downloading the new upgrade master CD ?
