I want to connect to a JMX server using a webservice in order to develop a flex client for monitoring and management.
I found JSR 262 and MX4J to do this. Both have the problem, that they don't emit notifications. The client has to collect them.
Has anyone experience with this and knows a way to make a JMX- Connector sending Messages, when a notification occurs.

Hello Falk,
I am also looking to get monitoring data out of the Java world without the need of the Solution Manager. Could you describe a bit further what you have done please.
Thanks & Regards,
Andi
