Auto retry XI messages : Not working

Hi,

I followed Naveen Pandrangi's weblog to configure the Auto retry of XI failed messages. /people/sap.user72/blog/2005/11/29/xi-how-to-re-process-failed-xi-messages-automatically of option of scheduling the program RSXMB_RESTART_MESSAGES. basically I wanted to retry a failed messages only 20 times but this program is retrying 800 times of every failed message. Am I missing anything in the confiuguration. We are running XI 3.0 SP13

1. Scheduled RSXMB_RESTART_MESSAGES every hour

2.maintained in SXMB_ADM-> specific configuration 'DELETION' 'MAX_VERSION' 'BATCH_RETRY'

Dear Laxman,

To my knowledge, It is due to SP13.

Try applying SAP notes.
