Hi,
we had a previous issue of queues getting stuck, and we have scheduled the report 'RSQIWKEX' to reprocess them at regular intervals, and now we have the queues running smoothly. But Our client wants us to get to the bottom of the topic as to why do these queues get stuck, and if it is some issue with XI, or someother issue. Basically we are now trying to find the reason as to why such a thing is happening and try to not work with this work around.
So we were wanting to find a list of all those messages which were stuck and were processed by this report and find out if there is some pattern that can help us understand the issue. So is there a way to find that, and if not what could be the issue we are having.
Thanks in advance,
Karthik
Hi Karthik,
You can find the message in sxmb_moni that is causing the queue block from transactions smq1 and smq2. Check for this message in your RWB monitoring and find out.
Are you using scripts? If yes, that could be a reason for queues getting stuck up.
cheers,
Prashanth
