SE61 is the transaction for documentation, what does this question have to do with Web Dynpro? If you're interested in Web Dynpro help concepts, see the documentation. If you want to write a SAPScript long text documentation for a documentation class, there are several line and character formats from which you can choose within the editor, (either select the SAPScript editor or the PC editor in the settings), AS being the standard format.
