Connection to partner broken error-message

Hi,

While connecting from GUI to Solution manager machine it shows connection to partner broken.Ni error.Saprouter is also configured in the solution manager machine.if i am starting the program saprouter.exe and keep it in the desktop then it shows the connection partner broken error message.if i closed the router.exe then the Gui is working.But the connection to OSS is not working.it shows error like internal error/unexpected error in lg layer(in sm59 test connection shows this message).Can any one give me a solution for this.

is any other application is configured in your sap router.if yes pls verify your

sap router port number.

Hi Vikas,

check if the following connections are available in SM59.

SAP-OSS (To send msgd to SAP),

SAP-OSS-LIST-O01 (To retreive messages)

Also check the following SAP notes for more info.

Note 209203 - Error in RFC destination of SDCC (CSD_PETER)

Hi Sri Raghu,

If i tested SM59 in different servers(dev,prd etc)then it is showing that

connection error-

Internal Error/LB:/Unexpected error in LG layer.

RFc connection test shows this errorin dev server.

Error : Internal error

Location:SAP-Server GICDEV_D11_00 on host GICDEV (wp 1)

Detail : NiBufin:Invalid msg Received

Component: NI(NW interface)

Counter :1352

Module: Nibuf.c

Line: 1310

Return code: -1

SUBRC : 0

Release : 640

GUI shows the following error

Kindly Please check this errors and guide me to solve the issues.

Hi Vikas,

I can check your GUI is of version 6.20. Preferably SAP GUI 6.40 is recommended fro Solman 4.0 version.

Please check if it is the issue for GUI.

Also put up the Error and Error code that gets generated for the GUI error for morer analysis.

Dear Vikas,

Pl check the saprouttab file and check if it contains an entry for the server u want to login.

KP "p:CN=<xxxxxxxxx>, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" 100.0.0.42 <port no>.

If it is not there pl add and try.
