change the PO status to cancel

Hi All,

My requirement is that when all the items of a PO is deleted the status should be updated to Cancel.

I am trying to update the status through BADI BBP_DOC_SAVE_BADI and using FM BBP_PROCDOC_STATUS_CHANGE_DIRE to update the status even I tried inserting a new status in the table SRM_JEST but of no use.

Still the status of the PO is ordered.

Has any body got this problem and solution.

Hi Smita,

Also i feel that the BADI will not update the status.Instead you can analyse the report BBP_GET_STATUS_2 which updates the status in SRM from the Backend.

Hi Smita,

System status descriptions are stored in tables TJ02/TJ02T.
