How to undo "Submit to grouping" ? :-(

Hi guys

I have question regarding "Submit to grouping" button in BBPSOCO01 transaction (Sourcing Cockpit).

For a mistake, a purchaser clicked the button "Submit to grouping". As a result, he cannot see that position in SoCo anymore.

How can I "undo" this event? I need the purchaser be able to see that position.

Thanks for your help guys !

BR,

Diego

Don't know exactly how to undo it, but the way to find the position again is to click on the "extended search" link in the sourcing cockpit and to tick the box that says something with grouped (and any other relevant search terms).

There is a program (BBP_SC_TRANSFER_GROUPED) that you would usually have scheduled if you do grouping as a process.

If it's not scheduled simply run in in SE38 and you'll be able to see the carts.

How you get them back into the sourcing cockpit if required is another matter.

I assume that there is a flag on the cart that says it's for grouping. You should therefore be able to find this via BBP_PD.

Hi Disha,

Well... remove that button will be helpful for future situations. But how can I fix the positions that dissapeared from the Purchaser Work List (bbpsoco01)?

Thanks for your help !!!

Diego
