SAP Logon Pad 620 screen

Hi,

I Install the SAP on my machine. When i click on the SAPLogn icon , the "SAP Logon Pad 620" screen disply.But there is no button for for adding server, "Logon" button etc. Please let me know what i have do get rid of this prob.

Following are the SAP specification:-

Release :620 Final Release

File Version : 6204.4.32.954

Build :561642

Patch Level :32

I've got this problem too. I guess you updatet your Logon Pad from another version?

Try opening the Logon Pad without a shortcut. Call it from it's source and remake your shortcuts. This solved this issue for me.

Hi,

Pl go to C:\Program Files\SAP\FrontEnd\SapGui here u ill find two icons one for "saplogon" and one for "saplgpad"

open the "saplogon" . Here u can add all u want. Then open the "saplgpad" and u will find all the entries. However u cannot edit in "saplgpad".

Just a Suggestion. Download the latest Gui.

Click on Sap Gui--New Item

Description : Anything

Application server : Hostname or ip address

Systemid : BSP

Systumnumber : 00

SapSystem : R/3

on the SAP Logon Pad 620 screen I did not find any button or link to add new item .plz let me know from where i will add new item option

Let me know what is then in ur Sap logon pad.

There are two tab in Sap logon pad.

Shortcut

System

Click on System all those are in under System tab

Hope it helps

Note: AS i suggest u before just download the latest Gui

There are six tabs on the SAP Logon screen:-

1.Desp

2.SID

3.Group/Server

4.Sys No.

5.MessageServer

6.Routers.

i have seen ur image it seems like ur gui is not properly installed so i think u should download the latest Gui it will solved ur problem.

Hi Subhash,

Thanks for ur help. Yep ur rite , the prob was due to the old version of the SAP. I install new version and it work fine.
