Error during activation of task areas in SSAA

Hi,

I was trying to configure SSAA in my developement system.

As part of SSAA Configuration, I have to activate "Task Area - Customer Range". During this process system asks for package name and i have given it by creating a new package in SE21.

But, after this step when I "Copy Entry" the package, system throws "Activation Error" with Message no. 6G102.

I need help to resolve this problem, so that I can proceed further on my SSAA Configuration.

Hi Agasthuri Doss,

Thanks for your reply, but I am sorry when i click on the link u have given, it ask me to save a file with unknown file format. I am unable to find read the same.

It is PDF format, I am able to View it.

Kindly Check whether PDF is installed in your machine.

those must be PDF files try the .pdf extension.

Dear Agasthuri Doss,

Thanks the link opens in pdf, but the pdf files is not related to the error i have got.

The error is occuring when i configure tcode SSAA - System Administration Assistant.

When I try to activate task area of customer range. The error i get is "Activation Error; Message no. 6G102".

Please help on this how i can solve this error.
