Tranport request change documents

Hi Experts,

I would like to ask if there's a way to see the change documents for transport requests, for example, see if the owner of the request was changed.

Hello Regina,

Go to Transaction-> SE01 and enter the request number then press the action log button.

you get the detail of Who created the reqest , who was the owner when was it changed to which owners & all such details.
