RFC Adapter - RFC Tables

I am trying to send data using a table from a RFC. I found that whenever I send data using table the data gets mixed up by the time it arrives in XI. Say for example if your table has a structure that looks like as follows:

Last Name char 10

First Name char 10

Middle Name char 10

If you send the above table to XI using Sender RFC Adapter by the time it arrives in XI you may find that middle name data is in First Name or First Name first 3 characters are stripped off etc.

Did anyone notice this problem? I am using SP 16.

Any help appreciated.

Hi,

Check RFC attributes in R/3.. i.e unicode etc.

Thanks the problem was indeed Unicode selection on the TCP IP connection.
