sneak opreview installation problem(URGENT)

Hi Friends,

I am not able to install sneak preview version successully.

I ma trying to install Java full edition 2004s.

I was getting problem, then I uninstalled my norton antivirus firewall, but somewhere it failed to install.

Now,. I am trying to uninstall it.

I find following error:-

TypeError: this._name has no properties (in script NW_Uninstall|ind|ind|ind|ind, line 5111: ???)

Hi Ankit,

If u are not able to uninstall it automatically then u have to remove it manually.Just delete all the folder and files which generates during installations and remove MaxDb from add/remove program and then remove the Entries related to Sap from Registry. When every thing will be removed then try to install from scratch.

But i m not sure that it will install or not because u did install Abap edition first.have u removed it properly or not? i think the better way is to erase the OS and install it from scratch.

yes, I will just erase OS, tahts should be the fastest way.

And, should I install Java edition first? then ABAP edition?
