Where can I get SAP 4.7 IDES DVD ?

I would like to have one for training purpose.

I am a SAP partner. I have only resgular used id and password.

In order to logon to SAP service , we need to be a partner. How I get this used id and password ?

how to get a SAP partner is not an SAP on Windows specific questions.
