Hi,

1)Have a look into this SAP note-796726

May be because of J2EE roles.

2)If it is because of Inactive Services in ICF –Go to SICF transaction and activate the services. Refer SAP Note -517484

Good analysis guide for CCMS-

Hope this helps,

Regards,

Moorthy

I Will explain deeper my problem:

In Runtime Workbench --> Component Monitoring press in CCMS button.

a pop up solicit me to LogOn. I put my user and pass but an error appears:

Service cannot be reached

What has happened?

URL http://srv-xi01-adm.ddt.com.ar:8000/sap/public/bc/its/mimes/system/SL/page/hourglass.html call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.

Note

The termination occurred in system XID with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden.

The selected virtual host was 0 .

What can I do?

Please select a valid URL.

If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Hi,

This is because of Internet Communication Framework problem i,.e ICF.

Did you check ICF services in SICF transaction? Are these are activated ? Check this..

I think it is prefer to refer SAP note - 768456

Also test other components like Message Monitoring in RWB... Is this is having same problem ?

Regards,

Moorthy

hi Krishina. thanks for your help.

i have already checked ICF services and all of them are active.

other components like Message Monitoring in RWB dont have problems.

this problems could be related that i cant create the RFC Destination for XI_GRMG_AF1_J2EE?? that because the path in the GRMG template( /AdapterFramework/rtc) does not exist.???

Hi Rodrigo,

The Error is from Java side,

This problem is with JRE5,

Reinstall your client side java webstart. if you still face the same problem Search for the files starting with frog.jar and rename it. Before renaming the files you have to stop your j2ee engine.

Let me know any clarification,

Regards
