Can you create and add your own icons to the ICON table? If so, can someone point me to a how to document?
I don't see where the SAP Icon paper says how to create your own Icons, as far as I can see it just gives rules for what they should look like.

You can go to the Transaction "Icon" to see all the Icons in the system , and You can also create new Icons in the same Transaction.
The Type-Pool Icon has all the existing Icons and their Id's , if you want to use them in say Tree construction or some thing. Also U can see the entries in Table Icon.
Take a look at this link http://www.sapdesignguild.org/resources/icon_cookbook/ might be useful for your.

Hi Mike
Unfortunately, this is not possible. All the icons are stored together in a file at each frontend. You can find it in SAP directory. If you want, maybe you can change some icons there. However, this is not recommended.
