Hi Sakriya,
Cross check the below:-
1.Ensure that the required JDK is being used in the client system
2.Set the proxies to none in the Java Web Start. Start>Programs>Java Web Start>File>Preferences-->Proxies
3.Try clearing the Web Start cache and try downloading again.
4.Start>Programs>Java Web Start>File>Preferences>Advanced>Clear Folder
5.If the jars are already downloaded in some other client system, then copy them to the following path...Drive\Documents and Settings\Client-User\Application Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\javaws\cache... in the client system and try opening the IB.
Also go thro' Shabarish's blog on 'Trouble logging to Integration Builder ( IR / ID )':-

I hope this provides a solution.

Hi,
What is the error that you are getting while trying to give your user name and password?
First of all if it is taking you to the login screen of the IR/ID then there should not be a problem with your front end JRE.
1. The password is case sensitive same be sure about that.
2. If the error message says that no authorization then the roles are not assigned for the user to acces IR and ID.
Check if you have this role SAP_XI_DEVELOPER. This is just a sample for more details look at post installation configuration guide for XI. It will give you clear picture on roles.
Thanks,
Prakash
Hi Sakri,
Use the transaction SXMB_IFR.
Then click the hyperlink for SLD.
Dialog box for authentication will popup.
Give the username and pwd.
If you still can't logon, reinstall the JDK stack and also configure the path.

Mona

This sounds like a configuration issue for XI so checkhttps://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/developerareas/xi?rid=/webcontent/uuid/449f9504-0b01-0010-dfbf-f3de2b02548a">architecture [original link is broken] [original link is broken] there.
