Using the WAS 6.40 DVD to install the ITS, I am unable to have the ITS use my own theme that I set up. I am trying to do my own branding with colors, etc., but it is just simply ignoring my theme and using the standard/default.
I did not have this problem when I first installed using the 6.20 DVD.
Any ideas would very much help.
Thx,
mM
Hi Mike,
Is it a theme that belongs to an IAC / EWT?
Did you create a new service within SICF for your theme or did you change a service to enable your theme?
Where and how do you specify that your theme should be used?
Where are your theme related files stored in the database?
Best regards,
Henning.

Hi Henning,
The theme is for webgui in general and I put my theme in the following path:
C:\InetPub\wwwroot\sap\its\mimes\webgui
In that path is a folder called "MYTHEME" and in that folder are 4 folders, "applets", "images", "scripts", and "style" and their respective content. This is the exact same structure I used for the 6.20 ITS installation in which I had no problem with its branding.
In the global.srvc file is the following entry:
~webgui_theme MYTHEME
This works fine in the 6.20 installation. And just for a test, I renamed the theme to a 2-digit theme, but it still didn't work.
Do you see anything wrong? I'm very puzzled because this exact same setup worked in the 6.20 DVD installation I did.
Thanks,
mM
Hi,

Hi Nagaraju,
The link seems not to be valid any more. But I found the document quickly by searching for it using the search function of SDN.
The document you are looking for is <a href="https://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/bd62e390-0201-0010-2bba-d0120ffae6fd">here</a>.
