there are several options to create massive changes to data,
1. the most common is to create an LSMW that reads data from excel.
2. you can transfer master data between clients with ALE.
materials are transferred with transaction BD10,
but you should create the basic configuration of the scenario
via BD64
3. you might also do copy clients, however this would initialize the whole data.
