Multiple PO for a SC..

Hi ,

Can we have multiple PO for single SC. we are in Extended Classical Scenario?

You can have multiple POs for a single SC. Following are some of the criteria.

1. Line Items having different Vendors assigned in SC

2. Items having different Ship to addresses, Co. code, Plants etc

3. Having Different purchase organizations/Groups for line items

4. Items having different Recipients.

This is a standard functionality in SRM. I worked in Classic scenario. Even in ECS also it is same.

If you maintain the config as mentioned earlier you will get different POs accordingly. There are no documents to explain this.
