Hi,
How to move development objects from XI3.0 development to QA box. Is there XI transportation document.
Which says about ABAP objects,JAVA,SLD,Proxy objects to move and sequence.
Please suggest.

Iam first time doing transport from DEV to QA . Can you please let me know step-by-steb scnarios what to transport .
I know it will be silly but i need to do it.

SLD--
1. Create Technical System and Business Systems for the QA system.
2. Create Transport Groups in the Business System.
3. Create Transport Targets in the Source Business SYstem.
Your SWCV can be exported and imported using TPZ files into the IR.
The ID also use TPZ files and as the objects are imported , the business system details will be filled up .

You would still need to export the objects as TPZs and reimport them in the QA box right? Again, you would not need to change any transports pointing to the SLD.

Thanks for sending links . We have common SLD for DEV & QA , and sepearte SLD for production .
If is common for DEV & QA , still do we need to transport SLD objects.
