Hi guys,
Everyday I check the application monitor looking for PO errors, however.. I have noticed that after some days the old errors are deleted automatically from that screen.
I would like to avoid this behavior, Do you know how can I accomplish this ?

Hello Diego,
Please follow the below mentioned steps to solve your issue.
1. Select the monitor SAP B2B Procurement-Monitors -> Purchase Order.
2. Navigate to the corresponding Error monitor.for ex 'Backend application errors'.
3. Now select the above mentioned node and click the properties button.
4. Now in the general tab you can set the alert properties according to your requirements.

Just for sharing:
1. Go to RZ20
2. Expand "SAP B2B Procurement - Monitors"
3. Double-click on "Purchase Order"
4. Expand "Purchase Order -> <SID>"
5. Expand "<SID>\Business to Business Procurement(300)\...\Purchase Order"
6. Select "Backend application errors" and click the "Properties" button.
7. Click the modify button (pencil)
I was able to modify this even when the client is closed for modifications.

Hi,
In transaction RZ20, you set the Maximum number of alerts kept. If the errors exceeds the maximum number, it will "disappear".
