Problem with CRM 4.0 installation on Oracle 9 running on Windows

During the database load stage of the CRM installation, I got the following error message:

MSC-01004 Couldn't create task file C:\SAPinst ORACLE SAPIN

Would anyone know the cause and solution to this error?

Please advise if you need more information.

-> did you copy the export cds to local or rermote disks?

-> have all cmd-files (regarding r3load) been generated?

The cds were copied to a local disk.

can you please explain what you mean by have all the cmd-files (regarding r3load) been generated? how do I go about doing that?
