reports via se38 are displayed only half size

do you guys have any idea in our web base SAP the reports's screen after execution from se38 are displayed only half size instead of full..

how to set it to be full mode.. pls advice...

Is this report started as an iView in Portal?

Does the sizing change when inducing a page refresh by pressing the Enter key?

The size changing when I click on scroll down, makes the page smaller, up , makes the page bigger..

how to check whether it is using iview in the portal..

How does the URL look when you call webgui?

Do you use Internal or External ITS?

Which patchlevel in case of External ITS?

The problem sounds familiar to me and should be solved with recent patchlevel (if you're using ITS 6.20).

Hi Ester,

Do a right click on the ITS logon page and choose "View source". You should read something like

SAP Internet Transaction Server (ITS, Version 6200.1021.61516.3,...

The part 1021 indicates this is ITS 6.20 patch 21. Patch 22 is the latest currently available on SAP Service Marketplace.

This means patchlevel 16 which is quite old.

Please give it a try and update to patchlevel 22.

I read the documentation for ITS6.20 , the highest patch level is only up to level 21..does that mean i shall try to upgrade only up to level 21... pls advice

The latest version on SAP Service Marketplace is patch 22. Please use this version.
