Hi,

as you are sending IDOC from XI to R3 system , you need to create a port and RFC destination in XI pointing to the R3 syste.

RFC destination is creaeted in SM59 -- If you have done this, try to test connection and check if the User ID and Poassword in the SM59 are correct ( they should be the user id and pasword of the R3 system ) . Also make sure CURRENT USER is not selected.

IDX1-- Create the port and then use the RFC destination created as above in this port.

In the IDOC adapter , make sure you have given this port and RFC destination,

Finally, in IDX2, try to import the IDOC metadata. IS it successful?

Hi Bhavesh,

I done every thing which is pointing to R/3 system

from XI system. I created RFC Destinations in XI

pointing to R/3 system. I tested from there it is

connecting to R/3 system.

And also the CURRENT USER is not selected.

And also in IDX2 Meta data loaded.

Is it required to give "Partner no" and "Partner

Type". I didnt given that.

But still the problem not resolved.

Hi,

If you are talking of the partner type in the IDOC control record I think you should give the value.

Make it LS.
