Remove Item From Worklist

I have question that I need clarity on.

When the Purchaser removes an item from the work area, the creator is unable to make changes to the shopping cart. I would like to know if this was always the case as I was under the impression that the creator could make changes if the Purchasers send the the shopping cart back to the creator.

Would appreciate it if you can clarify this for me.

If the purchaser removes the item from the worka area, the SC will be in the SOCO only. So the creator cannot do the changes to the SC.

Only if the pruchaser rejects the SC it will be deleted from the purhcaser worklist, and SC can be modified.
