ESS--Webdynpro components

Hi Team,

My client using ESS ..with EHP5 package...i heard that NWBC client is being used to acess ESS ...

WDP components have been developed by SAP for ESS module.

can you any one let me know

1. How to find the wdp components for ESS ..for time sheet, leave request...personal admin, and so on

2. What type to work will be there for SAP WDP consultant.

3. How to config our custom WDP applications. in business client..

4. Can we modify standard wdp componets provided by sap...for client requirements

Can you please send if PPT available for this.
