Hi deepak thanks for reply. and how can i access these tables because its not showing in Se16 ,SE11 and also not exist in database when i login in sqlplus prompt.

In ECC license data is not stored in a table. It is generated at runtime using function module SLIC_LIKEY_GET_ALL_LICENSES.
In this function module there is a call program which fetches data using Kernel.
call 'GET_ACCESS_INFO'
id 'CODE' field opcode
id 'LIKEY_OPCODE' field likey_opcode
id 'LICENSE_COUNT' field count
id 'LICENSES' field licenses.
Above piece of code fetches the required data at runtime.
The table mentioned above are visible in Solution Manager system. In case you have configured automatic maintenance certificate distribution into satellite system using solution Manager, you shall get relevant data in those tables within solution manager.
But MY issue is that i have newly installed ECC 6.0 in DEMO Machine after that i apply the SP15 Basis then it is asking for the Maintenance_ORA for BASIS SP16 Please give me By pass entry to apply the all the SP .
