CIDX - Authorization Issue

All,

We are on PI 7.1 EHP 1. We have configured CIDX scenarios.

When the customer tries to send a message to us, customer receives " Authorization Required: Unauthorized"

I have seen the note 870270 - In section 4 which talks about -

"How can I turn off User ID and Password Authentication for the CIDX/RNIF1.1/RNIF2.0 adapters?"

Am I on the right approach?

In my original post, I was asking the same thing if - SAP Note 870270 - question 4 - related to my issue.

Did you guys implement this?

In sender CIDX comm channel - should I use -

Inbound Security Checks -> HTTP Security Level -> HTTPS With Out Client Authentication?

We have implemented this on the receiver RNIF channel for the receipt ack .. But i assume it would work for sender too .

Either that or ask if your partner is able to provide the necessary authentication details.
