How to make Rejected trip NON editable?

How to make the rejected trip not editable by employee? I have WRP=3 in TRVPA feature.

It is surprising why SAP travel DOES NOT have 'rejected' as a status!.

Would STATU-ANTRG=6 (Trip on hold, Missing documents) if set would work in Workflow customization?

Editing of trip is controlleed by authorization object P_TRAVEL, or else if you make your own auth object, which is further controlled by the different status of the trips (including both Approval and settlement status). In your case if the trip is rejected by manager the trip will have Approval statsu as "Trip Approved" however the settlement status will be Cancelled". Hence set the appropriate values for the AUTHF field in the auth object P_TRAVL like in yours, AUTHF must not have value "W43" allowed for users, if you want it for individual trips then set AUTHP as "O" as well.
