How do I allign my text value/answer??

Hi all,

I am developing a smartform here.

I need to display several fields.

For instance,

text header 1 &ename&

text header 2 $&itab-cpamt&

text header 3 &itab-cppct&%

Problem: All the answers ( starting with the & and end with & ) always do not seems to allign particularly the amount and with the percentage fields. How do I solve this? Thanks.

Hi,

step1:Create a smart style.In that create paragraph format and also assign tabs to the paragraph format.

step2:Assign this style to your smart form.

step3:Now use that paragraph format and tabs in Text.

Hi,

To create a template,

1.Right click on the window and choose template.

2.Design the column as we do in our table design (rowtype).(For the req u listed above,create a single coulmn with 2 rows)

3.Create a text under the template(for text header) and in the text->output-option give the line no as 1 and column no as 1)

4.Create a text under the template(for values) and in the text->output-option give the line no as 1 and column no as 2)

check in the print preview for the alignment. If it is not fine, align the template column if not give a space before the percentage fields and currency fields or try with the smartstyle paragraph format.
