I can't choose the project in Request for Change (SM 7.1: tcode CRM_UI)

Dear experts!

I can't choose the project in Request for Change (web).

tcode CRM_UI: Open Request for Change (web) -> Change Planning, Project:

By search of projects I don't see any project. But I have created 10 various projects in SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN, SOLAR.

On the same web page there is a tab PROJECTS:

Here I see the my projects. I can add any of them.

1. How to make, that projects were visible in Change Planning, Project?

2. Why SAP doesn't allow to choose Process Steps of Business Processes in Request for Change? It is necessary!

Hello, Dmitriy,

Have you checked the Phase in the Task List? If, transports have been released and moved (DEV > QA, QA > PRD) and phases changed from Development With Release to Test to Go Live and not reset to 'Development With / Without Release, new RFCs cannot be associated with a project.

We just experienced this in our 7.1 Sandbox and resolved the issue by resetting phases.

Hello Dmitry,

I hope you have implemented the master note for CHARM with repect to your Solman SP Level. Additionally please refer to the note 0001602258 Create RfC - no values in project input help. This might help you.

In our case i had the same issue even after implementing the note it did not work. Eventually SAP fixed the broken number range and removed the old project flags from the tables responsible.

Best luck ..please try with the note first.
