Requisite integration with SRM 7.0

Hello,

We are upgrading now SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.01 IE8 with Requisite catalog but the catalog doesn't work.We get the following message:

Page not found. Refresh the page or try again later. If the problem persists, contact your portal administrator for assistance.

Are there any specific settings which needs to be done ?

I know by the way it's not supported and that SAP recommends SRM MDM catalog but that's way too big for us so we want to give it a try forst with Requisite.

Thanks!

Hello,

we faced the same problem and solved by setting parameter BYPASS_OUTB_HANDLER and BYPASS_INB_HANDLER to 'X' in the call structure.

Maybe this helps also you

Hello,

Thanks for your tip. It doesn't work though for us. I have entered the parameters in the call structure with seq numbering 74 and 75 (last ones) and type Fixed value).

Do you have it working the Requisite catalog on SRM 7.01 ? Any other parameters we need to set ?

Currently we have the following;

Paramter name and value:

URL   http://<servername>.nl.deloitte.com:50000/requisite/BugsEye
usernam xxxxxx
password  xxxxxx
HOOK_URL  (paremeter value empty for internal catalogs)
~OkCode ADDI
~caller CTLG
BYPASS_OUTB_HANDLER X
BYPASS_INB_HANDLER X

All are of type fixed value except the UR

Kind regards,

Antoinette

Yes it works with SRM 7.01.

We have the BYPASS parameters set before the HOOK_URL

HOOK_URL should be 4 - return value

Paramter name and value:

URL   http://<servername>.nl.deloitte.com:50000/requisite/BugsEye
usernam xxxxxx
password  xxxxxx

BYPASS_OUTB_HANDLER X

BYPASS_INB_HANDLER X

HOOK_URL  (paremeter value empty for internal catalogs)
~OkCode ADDI
~caller CTLG

Hello BR,

I have set the paramters before the hook url but it still doesn't work. Did you only had to add these paramters in the call structure to make it work ? What's you Internet Explorer version ?

Please share your experience!!

Thanks so far!

Hello,

Thanks for the notes. Maybe you can let me know if you are using a 7.3 portal or lower ? We use a 7.3 portal and that might be the problem ?

Thanks!

Hi,

You have defined no target in the call structure, this should be ~target = _top, also, review the note 1287412 which details the requirements of catalog integration with SRM 7.0 (addition of the returntarget parameter etc)

Regards,

Jason

Hello BR,

As you have SRM 7.01 working with SRM Requisite can you please let me know the exact paramters you have defined for the internal catalogs ? And what portal version are you on ? Do you have any other advices ? We still have the same error!

Thanks!

Both the extra entries in the webservice and note 1627251 solved the problem.

Thanks!
