Dear gurus,
I have a problem with a print. It shows the character "#" instead of " ' " .
Is it a problem related to the printer and is associated device type or is something else?
Did not find any sapnote on this problem.

There may be various reasons; a lot of diagnostic work may have to be done.

What happens if you print from operating system, without SAP?

thanks for the answer. We sent the spool to an email box and the pdf generated has the hash symbol.
So where do we have to investigate?
in the sapscript?
