hi

i am create one status profile and maintain object for inquiry, i create the sale order referred to inquiry its working fine . when you create the credit memo with reference to inquiry , its not work , i check the status profile and details ,

bs02 and select my profile and execute , its comes user status , when click one status , then it come business transaction , here i can not found credit memo request , how to create create new business transaction ,

i can found t code bs32, but i can not understand the data ,

Please understand the functionality of Inquiry. What is the need to create credit memo with reference to inquiry ?? Let me ask one question. A customer has floated some requirements with you and you have given an inquiry. Tell me, will you give credit note at this stage ??
