Cannot change document status in SAP Easy DMS

Hi Guru,

can you help on how to resolve the issue encountering in one of our SAP Easy DMS document.

when we try to change status from DRAFT to FOR REVIEW, we cannot be successful. we are having error "New original file on its way from an interface. Please try again later!" this error for the document in a week long already.

please help on how to fix it. Thank you.

Hi,

Can you check your status network. It looks like document is locked in Review status and hence a new version is being prompted.
