Hello,
I'm new to forum and I'm with a doubt and I can not find an answer anywhere.
I need to get usage reports by user of SAP to my superiors, I need a way to display the amount of hours that a user uses the sap in a specific period of days, or whether it enters the system every day.
Does anyone know an easy way to make such a report?
I thank you for help.
Hello Luis,
You'll be able to find information about usage per user in tx. ST03N for example...
The problem is that such information is deleted automatically after some time (about 3 months)... so you won't be able to find older info now if you haven´t saved it earlier.
Cheers,
Diego.

Thank you all helped me a lot, I realized that hasn't an easy report to determine how long a user uses the SAP, but with these transactions that you all mentioned, i can better analyze each user and set up my report.

Hi,
Execute transaction ST03N, select expert mode -> Select workload -> Select any particular Day/Month -> In Analysis View Select User and Settlement Statistics -> User Profile
Ensure your all SAP Standard jobs are running.
Thanks

Hi,
If u enable the audit log trace their u can see through SM20.
Or else through STAD also u can find.
