Adhoc Supplier Survey

Hello,

We are in SRM 7.0 with SP02.

We have configured Adhoc supplier survey, we are able to send out email notification to the user with in the internal domain ( with in company), however we are not able to send email to external ids (gmail ids). Though in SOST the entry shows successfully processed, the receipient doesn't receive email notiification.

The other issue is we are not able to receive response to the supplier survey.

Kindly provide pointers in resolving the above issue.

And can you provide pointers how the survey response can be analysed in the supplier survey cockpit itself.

Your pointers will be highly appreciated.

Dear Madhan,

The supplier cockpit Survey is an adhoc functionality for internal employees within an organization. You can not directly trigger the survey to external audience. The soution may be to send the survey to the internal employees who in turn fill in the responses to the survey manually on behalf of the suppliers.

The survey responses can be analyzed only in the BI reports. The questionnaires cannot be dynamic. Once your client design the questionnaire, the BI consultant needs to develop the data provider or info source to feed the data to the BI system for analysis.
