Simplfying the data entry in SD transaction VA03

Hello,

Can you please help. Within the transcation VA03. We want to simplfy the data entry for this transaction in SAP Portal for inexperienced users. The process would be in a series of steps on the top number from 1 to 5 or so. The user starts at step one. enters the data, then when that is complete, then the user is moved to another screen. It's like the process of buying something on the web. The question is can this be done with the VA03 transaction.

dear, you simply need to organize a sap training session(s) for such users.

i am talking about the in-house training when you (or somebody) act as a teacher. make a group of students(users) and book lessons.

before that prepare the document(s) with details regarding all steps, put screenshots, comments and examples.

arrange the session in class or remotely - let them play in tst system.

this is the best approach.

What we were actually thinking of is using transaction variants to remove some of the tabs that were not necessary.
