we are not able to create CUP Requests

HI all

I am also gettting same error like this..We created CUP Requests one hour before ..But we are not able to create CUP Requests now.. I got below error message in system log.

Be aware that the user should set the Security Policy to "technical user" to avoid problems with password expiration as per note 1296696.

Hi,

It seems your web services is protected with userid/Password.If you are using Anonymous user,you might get this kind of error. Please check your webservice configurations.

Also Go to CUP - Configuration - Miscellaneous. Look up the risk change URL and enter the correct user/password there, then it should work.

Also Ensure the user exists in UME and has authorization to run web services, as well as the Password is correct and not an initial password. If it is, login as this user in UME and change the password.
