Hi guys.
After a support package upgrade at our Solution Manager, some SAP products became inactive.
However, these products (like SAP Enterprise Portal, for instance), still being used, and I have to set it to a new project, but how it's inactive, I can't do it.
My question is: How can I change it status?
The message returned by SMSY, is:
Product is an SAP product. Display only
Someone faced this problem?

Hi,
Can you try in the txn SMSY menu
Utilities > System Settings > Select Product tab
and find the product version and check if the 'Active' checkbox is selected

you can maintain that ny smsy-> landscape components -> product systems-> choose your ep or any system->headerdata -> change product assignement -> maintain relevant product there

Hi Glauber,
Please check if the product version is active in SMSY -> "Product Systems" -> navigate to the SID concerned -> tab "Header Data" .
If not, you would need to change the Active Product Versions with button "Change Product Assignment".

Check if below SAP notes helps describing obsolute product versions:
Note 1484195 - SMSY: Obsolete product version SAP NetWeaver 7.1
Note 1141406 - Product (version) is missing in SAP Solution Manager (SMSY)
