issue while creating sales order

I have got an issue with the messages mentioned below:

Enter a valid delivering plant

Message no. V1755

Diagnosis

The customer for the delivering plant is the same as the sold-to party.

System Response

The system cannot determine a valid delivering plant.

Procedure

Check if a delivering plant has been entered in the customer master, material master, or in the customer-info record, with identical

customer and sold-to party.

I had checked the delivering plant in the customer master , customer inforecord, material master in all the three i found the delivering plant is assigned. What would be other cause of the issue.

Removing the customer assignment in STO will resolve this issue.

Hello

Don't open the older threads for your observation. Instead, you can put up a BLOG that will help the larger audience.

Moreover, you can't generalise the resolution of "Message no. V1755" with your observation. This would be one of the reason, but not in every case.

The above is self-explanatory. Please check the plant code and the sold to party code. As per the above, it is same.
