sales order change problem

dear experts,

i am creating sales order with reference to quotation, every thing is correct but i dont want to change sold to party and quantitys, it should be gray (un change mode), please explain how it is posible.

HI Ammulu,

Go to T.code VTAA,select your order type and quotation type, there at header level maintain the copying requirements 001 Header-Same Customer .

hi all i checked what you explained before it is all ready there as it is, but we can change customer but i dont want to change customer i tshould be gray mode.

Hi,

Check your partner determination procedure assigned to your target sales order type has below settings done or not:-

For partner function 'SP' >> Not Modifiable & Mandatory Function should be checked

I think, in your case if you are able to change the SP though 001 requirement is there in VTAA, thing mentioned above must be missing.

Have check whether you have following fields are maintain with respective routine.

And maintain the same in your copying control VTAA for QT to OR.

At Header Level

Copying requirements	001 - Header-same customer
DataT	051 - General header data
DataT	101 - Header business data
DataT	001 - Partner header

At Item Level

DataT	151 - General item data
DataT	102 - Bus.data/item compl.
DataT	002 - Partner item

Check in VTAA if you have assigned Routines " 051- General header data, 101 - Header business data & most importantly 001 - Partner header

If " 001 - Partner header" is not there then problem you are facing might come.

Check and let us know.

dear all, again i checked as it is as below mentioned, but stil i can change customer, but i need dont want to change sp in sales order

I hope you try this with fresh sales cycle, not the existing one.

So, create a new quotation and then create sales order with reference to quotation.

Mostly, configuration change don't apply/effect existing doc.

i created fresh Quotation and reference to sales order but still it wont gray mode(unchange) mode

i want while creating sales order with reference to Qt, user cant change sold to party or ship to party, it should be as it is quotation, and quantity al so

check whether any user exit or routine used in the copy control while creating sales order and make use of it.
