DYNPRO_FIELD_CONVERSION Error
Verbisage from OSS note 1565255
How to correct the error
There was a conversion error in the output of fields to the screen.
The formats of the ABAP output field and the screen field may not match.
Some field types require more space on the screen than in the ABAP
program. For example, a date output field on the screen requires two
more characters than the corresponding field in the ABAP program. When
the date is displayed on the screen, an error occurs resulting in this
error message.
Screen name.............. "SAPLCY18"
Screen number............ 1108
Screen field............. "CYSPLITIN-DAUNO"
Error text............... "FX015: Sign lost."

Note 1565255 has been implemented in our Production system.
Issue: End user has a project structure and when i click on the activity and then go to the DATES tab in CJ20N, i can review the date information there, however, when i navigate to the Person Assignment tab, i get a short dump, as outlined above. The OSS note 1565255 accurately defines the error and the note to be applied, however the note is already in our PRD system where the short dump is occurring. I tried to use the "back door" - CMP3 to adjust the dates, but because of this problem, the system won't show the affected activity as having any workforce planning on it.
Does anyone have any more ideas of how to tackle this issue. Note 1565255 tells me that the start date of the assigned resource logged on the Person Assignment tab is AFTER the finish date of the acitivity housing the resource. I don't know that this is true, but I can't get into the Person Assignment tab to validate it. We are on SAPHK60405
Any help would be appreciated.
